Poise Aura wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind after purchasing please contact us immediately. In the rare chance that your items have not yet shipped we can issue a refund. Note that we ship every day.
No returns or exchanges
No return and no refund after an order has been shipped out to you unless you receive a wrong product or the goods received are in an unacceptable condition. Evidence must be provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 2 days upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include pictures of the damaged products.
(1) It is within 2 days from the date you received your package.
(2) Your purchase is unused and in the exact condition that you received it.
(3) Your purchase is in its original packaging (Open items cannot be returned)
If the above conditions are true, you may contact Poise Aura via e-mail to receive a refund authorization. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for items that do not have have a prior e-mail authorization from Poise Aura.
If you receive a Return Authorization you may pack and ship your items back to Poise Aura. Shipping and Shipping Costs for a return back to Poise Aura is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The Original Shipping Charge is not included in the refund amount. You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Kindly note, we do not accept returns on sale/discount products or gift cards.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
